Control Clock Support
Help with pairing, camera access, synchronization, and manager workflows.

Start with your Organization's administrator. They control employee access, pairing invitations, administrator PINs, workplace procedures, and the production server.
Pairing and connection
- Production systems require the Organization's NetBird connection. Confirm that NetBird is connected before retrying a production pairing or refresh.
- Apple reviewers should select App Review Environment and use the review information supplied privately in App Store Connect. The App Review Environment uses fictional data and does not require a VPN or production account.
- Check that the device date and time are correct, then carefully re-enter the pairing code. Pairing codes and device access can expire or be revoked.
- If the application is already paired to the wrong environment, ask an authorized administrator to complete the in-app local reset before pairing again. Local reset removes queued information from that device; it does not delete records already stored on the server.
Camera or photo notice
- In iPhone or iPad Settings, allow the customer-branded Control Clock application to use the camera.
- Close other applications using the camera, clean the lens, improve lighting, and keep the employee's face clearly in frame.
- If the employee cancels the notice or cannot use the camera workflow, return to the employee screen and ask a manager to use the manager-assisted manual attendance process.
- For reference enrollment, a manager must select the correct employee and record delivery of the current photo notice before opening the camera or photo library.
Offline work and synchronization
- The kiosk can save supported attendance work locally while its server is temporarily unavailable. Leave the application installed and retry after the approved connection returns.
- If queued work remains or an error asks for manager attention, do not erase or re-pair the device. Contact the Organization's administrator so the queue can be checked safely.
- A connected status alone does not prove that queued work reached the server. An administrator should confirm the resulting attendance record in the manager view.
Google Sheets
- Google Sheets integration is an optional Control Clock feature and should be configured only by an authorized manager using an Organization-owned workbook.
- Confirm the selected workbook or tab, Google authorization, and sharing permissions before importing schedules or exporting attendance times for payroll.
- The private backend remains the system of record even when Google Sheets is enabled.
