Control Clock Application Terms
Rules for authorized use of Control Clock and its customer-branded versions.
Provider: Sertoga Corp. · Effective: September 28, 2026
1. Purpose and authorized access
Control Clock supports authorized workplace attendance administration, including employee setup, schedules, clock events, manager review, corrections, reports, device administration, and optional Google Sheets workflows. Use is limited to organizations and people whom Sertoga or the Organization has authorized.
2. Organization responsibilities
The Organization is responsible for designating administrators, protecting devices and credentials, configuring access, giving required workplace and privacy notices, providing a manager-assisted camera-free attendance process, setting and communicating its retention practices, and using the application in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
3. User responsibilities and prohibited conduct
Users must provide accurate attendance information, follow the Organization's procedures, protect pairing codes, PINs, tokens, and devices, and report suspected unauthorized access. A user must not attempt to impersonate another person, bypass photo or liveness checks, view or change records without authorization, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, copy restricted information, or use the application for an unlawful purpose.
4. Data and photos
Use of Control Clock involves workforce records and may involve ordinary clock photos, flagged review photos, and reference/enrollment photos. The Organization controls its employee records and private backend. The privacy policy explains the application's processing, on-device face checks, notice receipts, storage, optional Google Sheets connection, retention behaviour, and request channels.
5. Connections and third-party services
The production service requires the Organization's approved private network and backend. Google Sheets functionality is optional and depends on an authorized Organization account and Google's service. Users must not connect personal or unauthorized workbooks. Apple's distribution services, NetBird, Google, and other applicable infrastructure providers operate under their own terms and availability.
6. Support, changes, and access
Operational support should begin with the Organization's administrator. Sertoga may release security, compatibility, or feature updates and may restrict a device or credential when reasonably needed to protect the service or its data. Organization-specific support levels, change notices, service commitments, and termination procedures are governed by the applicable signed agreement.
7. Customer-specific agreements
Customer-specific signed agreements may contain different or additional commitments because Sertoga provides customized software. These public application terms do not establish pricing or create universal commercial, service-level, employment, privacy, retention, warranty, liability, termination, and governing-law commitments. The applicable signed agreement controls for that Organization if it conflicts with these public application rules.
8. Contact
Questions about workplace rules, attendance decisions, or employee records should go to the Organization's administrator or the privacy contact identified in its employee notice. For application, accessibility, or security support, see Support or email contact@sertoga.com.
